Tunja, Boyacá. February 27, 2026. The Interinstitutional Committee of the project “High-Level Human Capital Training for the Central Eastern Region – Strategic Alliance in the Department of Boyacá” informed the academic community of the official publication of the final list of funded eligible candidates under the High-Level Training Call, an initiative aimed at strengthening scientific and technological capacities within the territory.
This call for applications, funded with resources from the General Royalties System 2023–2024, represents a strategic commitment to promoting relevant, high-quality doctoral education aligned with regional challenges and the department’s development priorities.
From the Tunja Campus, ascribed to the Tibaitatá Research Center, and under the leadership of the M.Sc. Researcher Víctor Camilo Pulido, AGROSAVIA participates as a strategic partner in this alliance, contributing to the development of highly qualified human talent committed to the productive and social transformation of the Central Eastern Region.
Following the academic evaluation process and verification of the requirements established in the call, the Interinstitutional Committee defined the final list of individuals selected for funding, who will begin their doctoral studies within the programs offered by the partner institutions.
