Carry out laboratory tests that confirm the effectiveness in controlling Foc TR4 at the in vitro level. Its usefulness lies in the ability to establish efficiency in the control or disinfection capacity under the three multiplication structures of the pathogen and under experimental conditions with and without the presence of soil, which is very important when projecting management recommendations. From a methodological point of view, this TO is based on the following aspects: Evaluation of disinfectants against macro and microconidia of Fusarium R4T without the presence of soil: Working solutions of 10 commercial disinfectants are prepared to ensure a final concentration of 1,200 ppm in each product.

Evaluation of disinfectants against macro and microconidia of Fusarium R4T in the presence of soil: The inoculum of Fusarium R4T is prepared from a PDA+chloramphenicol culture of 7 days of growth. Evaluation of disinfectants against Chlamydospores of Fusarium R4T in the absence and presence of soil: The protocol for the evaluation of Chlamydospores in the absence and presence of soil was the same used for macro and microconidia, putting in direct contact a concentration of 1x10⁴ of Chlamydospores. The benefits that potential users obtain by accessing this service are: • Knowing the effectiveness of the disinfection capacity of commercial products against the Foc TR4 pathogen. • The user can design biosafety strategies for the prevention, containment and/or management of the disease under the particular conditions of their production system. • Allow the user to make decisions about possible products that show proven efficiency in disinfection processes against the specific pathogen and incorporate them into particular management schemes.
